The Energy of Emotions with Lynn Arial, MA, LPC
Thursday, August 21st: 7 pm – 9 pm
Emotional Aikido is an experiential technique and practice that teaches us to be present with our internal experience without resistance or judgment. This work is in alignment with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle on Presence.
Our emotions, moods and physical sensations are signposts that point our way toward our deeper needs, desires and passions, and the wounded places in us that need healing and resolution. So often in our culture, we have learned to avoid or ignore our emotions and physical sensations, resulting in a weakened communication with our inner-self, our intuition, and other undesirable results such as dis-ease and stress related symptoms.
By using the Emotional Aikido technique, we can pay attention to these signposts and find our way to the deeper truths within our selves. Imagine what it would be like to trust your inner process and guidance without resistance or fear. What things might be possible? What might you learn about your Self?
Please join Lynne Arial, MA, LPC, Transpersonal Psychotherapist and fellow traveler for this evening of learning and discovery.
Cost is $20/person. Please call 306-7344 to reserve your spot as space is limited. |
