Recipe of the Month
Celeste's Greek Orzo

Celeste's Greek Orzo

1 C Organic Orzo
1 Organic Cucumber
1 Container Organic Grape Tomatoes
4 Organic Green Onions
10 oz. Organic Raw Feta Cheese

Dressing

1/4 C Bariani Raw Olive Oil
2T Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
3T Organic Lemon Juice
2tsp Organic Dill
2 Cloves Organic Garlic


Directions:
Boil orzo as directed. Dice cucumber, slice tomatoes, and chop green onions. Mix all ingredients of dressing together in measuring cup and allow to meld. Once pasta is cooked, drain, rinse and allow to cool. Mix all ingredients besides feta cheese together and cool in fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, stir in feta cheese.

Adult & Child CPR with AED by William Agee

This course offers a video lecture and skills practice for Adult and Child CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), including management of an obstructed airway and using an AED (automated external defibrillator.

Due to the nature of the skills in this program, you will be participating in performing CPR on the floor. If you have a medical condition or disability, please discuss them with me. In the ten one-hour class sessions of Sheng Zhen Qigong (The Qigong of Unconditional Love), you will learn two seated, moving forms. Some standing movements will be interspersed so the body can remain flexible and relaxed. The class will end with a 15 minute meditation.

Anita is a fun and vibrant teacher who brings the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu to life for each of her students.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient, hands-on healing art. It is used to harmonize the life energy in the body, bringing it into balance while promoting optimal health and well being. It facilitates our own profound healing capacity. It is the perfect compliment to conventional as well as other alternative healing methods. It is a method that can be used by both lay and professionals. Truly, an art for EVERYONE.

Part I is the foundation to the work. It introduces the 25 Safety Energy Locks and delves into the physio-philosophy of Jin Shin Jyutsu.

Part II covers the 12 Basic organ flows, pulses, and helps us understand how all of these contribute to harmonizing the body, mind and spirit.
